Pastor Greg Ealey (Executive Director)
Lead Pastor, Paseo Baptist Church
Greg has worked with The Urban Alternative, a ministry of Dr. Tony Evans, as an Account Analyst. Greg has also been a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Dallas, TX, where Leroy R. Armstrong, Jr. served as Senior Pastor. Greg served St. John as the Pastor of Administration, overseeing the financial and facility aspects of the ministry for almost 4 years. Greg later assisted Pastor Armstrong with a new church, The House of Hope, in Cedar Hill, TX. Greg has also been trained in teaching the Walk Thru the Old Testament and the Walk Thru the New Testament seminars. He was a chaplain for Marketplace Chaplains, USA, which provides chaplain service for corporate America, serving as an Area Team Leader. He is now honored to serve as the ninth pastor of Paseo Baptist Church. Above all, Gregory just wants to be known as a servant of God who lives to bring God glory. Greg attended Texas State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting. He received a Master of Theology degree with a focus on Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Greg is a native of Austin, Texas. He is married to Selena Ealey, and they have two children, Elias and Emmanuel.
Pastor Matt Adams
Pastor of Community Impact/Westside Family Church
Matt Adams has served as one of the lead pastors of Westside Family Church for almost 15 years. As Pastor of Community Impact, Matt works to maximize Westside's impact in the Kansas City area through collaborative networks while facilitating the engagement of the church in strategic ways. Matt is also a board member of two non-profits in the Kansas City area, Avenue of Life and Mission House Network. Matt and his wife, Debbie live in western Shawnee. They have been married for more than 30 years and have two daughters.
Pastor Troy Campbell
Lead Pastor, New Life CityChurch
Troy Campbell is the lead pastor for New Life CityChurch, which he and a small group planted downtown Kansas City in April of 2007. Over the past eight years, New Life has played a key role in Real Life downtown-a faith/work ministry, urban outreach through the KC Housing Authority neighborhoods, My City Matters, Foster Care and Adoption advocacy & multiple other ministries throughout the city. Troy received a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Central Baptist Theological Seminary and wrote his major project on, "The effect of foster care on the church." Troy has a passion to engage and journey with leaders to see them reach their God-given potential. He has been happily married to Leigh-Ann for 16 years, and together they have five children (3 biological and 2 adopted).
Rev. Mike King
Mike serves as President/CEO of Youthfront. Youthfront provides programs, services, resources and training around the world as a “church assisting organization.” Mike also serves as the Executive Editor of Immerse: A Journal of Faith, Life and Mission, has served as an Elder and a Pastor in his church in Midtown Kansas City – Jacob’s Well, and is an adjunct Professor at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City. Mike’s book Presence Centered Youth Ministry: Guiding Students into Spiritual Formation (InterVarsity Press) has received widespread critical acclaim. Mike and his wife, Vicki, live in Blue Springs, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City. They have two sons, a daughter, a son-in-law and two granddaughters.

After practicing law in Kansas City, Aimee joined the National Christian Foundation - Heartland. She wore a variety of hats there, including spending the last three years as President/General Counsel. Her work with NCF donors drew her into the world of impact investing because she saw that business+purpose has the power to do what charity alone cannot. Aimee graduated from Rockhurst University and the University of Kansas School of Law--both with honors. She and her husband Marshall live with their three adorable and high-energy kids in Prairie Village, KS.
Executive Director, Avenue of Life
Desiree Monize is the Executive Director of a non-profit called Avenue of Life, which has the aim of breaking the cycle of poverty through community development in KCK and KCMO. For six years, Desiree served as the Executive Director of Hope Faith Ministries, where she took a small soup kitchen to the largest homeless day center in Kansas City. Prior to working with the homeless, Desiree held the position of Equipping Pastor at Vineyard KC North, serving a congregation of 2000 through volunteer management, assimilation, leadership development and pastoral care. Desiree has over 17 years experience in the field of domestic violence, serving as a legal advocate and shelter liaison. She is passionately committed to urban ministry and community development. A mother to two sons and a daughter-in-law, Desiree currently lives in Kansas City, Kansas.
Deacon Dana Nearmyer
Deacon, Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas
Deacon Dana Nearmyer heads up the office Evangelization and Formation of Youth of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. He is a life-long resident of the KC metro area, and he has a deep passion for the health and vitality of all our KC families and neighborhoods. His role with Archdiocese spans 21 counties in Kansas and serves the youth and youth leaders of those communities. Deacon Dana is the Executive Director of the Prairie Star Ranch in Williamsburg Kansas and he and wife Deborah are the co-directors and co-founders of Camp Tekakwitha. Deborah is the Director of Faith Formation at St. James Academy in Lenexa.They have five kids ranging from 5-21. Deacon Dana is an adjunct instructor at Benedictine College in New Evangelization and Catechesis. He is has an ecumenical heart. He has degrees form Church of Christ, American Baptist, and Nazarene collages, and he was ordained by the Roman Catholic Church.
Pastor Dave Robinson
Executive Director/City Leadership Networks, Cru
Dave Robinson, Executive Director of City Leadership Networks, Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ in the USA) and Teaching Elder at New Life CityChurch. He is passionate about making much of Jesus and accelerating collaboration among Kingdom citizens for the Gospel transformation and well-being of cities. Dave and Karen have been happily married for over 35 years, have three married children and three wonderful grandchildren. Dave has served with Cru for over 35 years in various roles (Area Campus Director, Eastern Europe/Russia, National Director, Hungary, Church-Planter with the Evangelical Free Church) and is an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Dave has authored, along with Gabor Gresz, The Outrageous Promise (Timoteus Tarsasag and Corvinus Press, Hungary).

Executive Director, Citywide Prayer Movement of Kansas City
Gary has served as pastor in the Kansas City, MO/KS area for over 28 years and is ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Citywide Prayer Movement in Kansas City. He facilitates retreats, teaches workshops and connects pastors, leaders and intercessors and he is a leader and networker in the growing movement of prayer and city transformation locally and nationally. Gary has been married to his wife Barbara for 40 years and they have one son. Gary’s two great passions are helping local congregations develop creative and contextual presence-based “houses of prayer”, and building collaboration and unity among churches and ministries across denominational and racial lines seeking spiritual and social transformation of local communities.
